About

Lisa is a lover of art in all its forms, from craft to music to architecture, with a camera by her side for most of her life. She was born to an English mother and an Italian father, which she cites as the reason why she is such a hopeless romantic.

She loves photography as it preserves history and memory, and can be shared with future generations to better understand family roots and your heritage. She loves the idea of taking those ever so special memories from your wedding day and making them tangible.

She has spent over six years snapping countless weddings, by herself and alongside fellow photographers and videographers.

The Photos

Lisa focuses mostly on capturing the small moments that occur during a wedding celebration - a little glance here, a wipe away of a tear there - and stays out of the way to document their true reality. Of course, she knows that many couples will also want a posed shoot for a piece they can frame pride of place on their wall. All of this is done keeping the happy couple as the most important people of the day, infusing all the love and warmth they have for each other into the images themselves.

She feels that it is important that the wedding vendors you ultimately decide on are ones that you feel a connection with, as you will be spending a lot of time on the most important day of your life with them. Lisa will get to know you, what you're looking for and put you at ease, meaning your finished photographs will be relaxed and the most genuine they can be - even the posed ones.

Packages

Keeping everything neat, uncomplicated and cohesive, Ampersand Memories Photography offers packages which can be built upon.

Weddings

Starting at £900, a full wedding collection will give you a minimum of five hours of photography, as well as a one-to-one meeting, a password protected gallery, full sharing and printing rights and your own personalised wedding mobile app.

Smaller Weddings

For micro-weddings, elopements or handfastings, pricing starts at just £400, including a maximum of four hours, the password protected gallery and all sharing and printing rights.

Engagements and Proposals

Whether you're planning to capture a beautiful surprise proposal, or you want some images to send in your wedding invitations, this session will be perfect. Prices start at £150 with a minimum of 1.5 hours and you'll get a gallery with all the shots edited and password protected.

Additional hours, items and collections are able to be added to each package.

Extras

Knowing that every wedding is as individual as the couple, Lisa is happy to work with you if you'd like to create a bespoke collection or are looking for something a little different - she loves all styles of photography.

If wanted, you can hire a second photographer to make sure the wedding is captured from multiple angles. She is part of a network of photographers so will probably be able to find one that she feels will be a good fit.
