Accommodation

Caswell House offers a combination of style and convenience, providing beautiful boutique accommodation exclusively for you and your guests. On your wedding night, you can enjoy a luxurious suite with a magnificent super king bed and a handmade bateau bath, creating a romantic and idyllic atmosphere. Additionally, your wedding party can take advantage of thirteen ensuite rooms, all elegantly decorated and recently refurbished to the highest standards, offering stunning views of the gardens and grounds. Four of these rooms can be transformed into family rooms, accommodating camp beds and cots if needed.

The Lavender Wedding Package

Offering exclusive use of Caswell House with a two-night, mid-week stay, The Lavender wedding is perfect for those wishing to enjoy extended celebrations with their family and friends.

Winter Weddings

Experience the enchantment of a winter wedding at Caswell House in the Cotswolds. With the sun reflecting off the frost and mist floating over the moat, the winter scenery is truly breathtaking. The venue offers an elegant and atmospheric setting for your special day. As the evening approaches, the barns and buildings are beautifully illuminated against the backdrop of the winter sky. The addition of mistletoe and fairy lights adds a touch of romance to the occasion. Your guests can enjoy the warm ambience and indulge in the finest seasonal cuisine, making your winter wedding a memorable and magical event.

Charges and capacities

Indoor ceremonies at Caswell House can take place in Wenmans Barn at a cost of £395 including VAT. The Barn can accommodate between 75 and 140 guests.

Venue Hire prices range from £2,500 to £9,750 including VAT and are subject to availability.

What is provided within the venue hire cost?

Exclusive use of three medieval barns for dining and dancing is yours, with space for up to 200 evening guests. The venue cost covers hire from 10am until midnight, with extensions available on request at an additional cost. Tables, chairs and highchairs are all available for the wedding breakfast, while comfortable seating is provided in the Joslins barn and garden furniture is provided for the beautifully landscaped courtyard. A Bose PA system for the speeches and for quiet background music if required is also provided.
