Established in 2008, Gastro Catering are a professional catering and events management team based in the heart of Sussex. Travelling to events across Sussex, Surrey and Kent, they take pride in transforming ingredients into exquisite dishes of the highest quality.
Gastro ensure that all their ingredients are sourced from local farmers and produce very low food miles. They will appoint a dedicated events manager at no extra cost to ensure your day runs smoothly. Gastro also work closely alongside a marquee hire service for a complete marquee event, minimising any pressure in planning.

The team can provide a cash bar, fully equipped with professional bar staff. This bar comes stocked with a selection of draught lager, ales and branded spirits. If you have any special requests, they will be more than happy to accommodate and will ensure this is stocked for you.
From the moment your guests arrive, they need not be thirsty for the rest of the day. Upon arrival, your guests will be offered sparkling wine, Pimms, or drink of choice. Specially selected wine will be available for your meal, alongside mineral water and any soft drinks. Sparkling wine is provided for the toast at which point the fully stocked free bar will be open for guests.

We are so grateful to you all for such a great job with the catering. You managed to interpret our pretty vague requests so perfectly and on the day made everything happen so smoothly and just how we wished. The whole event was so relaxed and a tribute to your professional planning and execution.
