Built in the middle of the 19th century, Hayne House was originally a hunting pavilion for the Prince of Wales. For over a century it was a private home, but then it changed hands a few years ago and opened for public use, specialising in weddings and other similar events. Nowadays operating as a family-run business it is regarded as one of Kent's finest wedding venues.

The venue is available solely on an exclusive-use basis. Hire price includes use of the house and its grounds, as well as the bridal suite, the marquee, tables and chairs and a bar service.
Hayne House works with one of Kent's best wedding caterers, Scott Andersons, to bring your wedding dinner to life. Scott can create bespoke menus that can cover all cuisine styles.
Hayne House itself features six rooms, all of which have an ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Honeymoon Suite is positioned in the Former Hunting Lodge.
There is an on site Bed and Breakfast called Froggies which features five additional double bedrooms for guests to stay.

The orangery itself is so light and bright and it was a complete blank canvas for us to be able to make our own. Leading up to the day, all of the coordinating team were so attentive and responsive and every idea we had was met with excitement and enthusiasm.
