This stunning venue offers a Victorian barn and Orangery located in the rolling countryside near to the Surrey and Kent boarder, just a few miles east of Croydon.

The Stable Barn

The romantic Stable Barn, which has been recently refurbished, has a church-like quality and a peaceful ambience that is ideal for your special vows. Why not fill this space with candles and scented flowers to provide the perfect ambience?

The Victorian Barn

This charming, rustic building, with its beautiful wooden floor and impressive oak beams decked with fairy lights, is brimming with character. It offers a spacious yet intimate setting for your wedding breakfast and evening party.

The Orangery

This bright and airy space is available for either your drinks reception or for a unique and beautiful dining room. It also provides an elegant setting for your evening drinks served from The Orchard Bar.

Outdoor Ceremonies

The picturesque arbour by the pretty lily pond provides an atmospheric setting for an outdoor ceremony.

Couples can choose from a wide range of formal or informal reception refreshment at Oaks Farm Weddings. We loved all the different parts of the garden and indoor area which provided a great backdrop for photos and ample space for our guests to relax.
