Nestled in the countryside just off the village of Great Baddow, the picturesque Pontlands Park Hotel offers a perfect setting for a traditional wedding. The house, built in 1879, features period architecture complemented by contemporary design, and the all-inclusive packages that Pontlands Park offer will ensure your special day is flawlessly executed.
The Conservatory Suite is an ideal place to hold your wedding, with its own bar and dancefloor so you can extend your celebration into the night. In the summer, you can opt for the marquee, perfect for a day or evening reception and even spacious enough for you to hold every aspect of your celebration there.

Conservatory Suite
With plenty of natural light and a spacious, contemporary feel, the Conservatory Suite offers the perfect room to hold a seated meal, or with its own bar and dancefloor it makes a great setting for an evening party.

Marquee
During the summer months of April to October, Pontlands Park is home to a beautiful marquee. Ideal for larger occasions, the marquee is a stunning space to hold your wedding breakfast and has its own dancefloor and bar so you can continue the celebrations into the evening.

Evening reception capacity - 250 guests
Smaller parties
Pontlands Park also has a beautiful private restaurant that can be booked for wedding parties of up to 32 guests. This room has a quiet, intimate feel that is perfect for family-centred affairs.
Ceremonies
You can also hold your wedding ceremony in the Lilli Suite or the Conservatory Suite. During the summer, the beautiful outdoor gazebo can be available for your nuptials.
Exclusive
You can now have full use of Pontlands Park with an exclusive use package. You will have full privacy within the hotel. Full details will be discussed, and tailored to your requirements, when viewing the venue.
Packages and Catering
Pontlands Park have three packages to choose from, with options to upgrade certain aspects. All packages are charged per person, and include a reception drink, three-course wedding breakfast, half a bottle wine per guest, unlimited still and sparkling bottled water during the reception and wedding breakfast, a glass of fizz each for the toast, a delicious evening buffet and function room hire.
For children, the package is at a 40% reduced price, including a soft drink, three-course meal and evening buffet.

Intimate and Alternative Wedding Catering
The Disraeli private dining room seats between 16 and 32 guests, and you may select a set menu or choose from the private dining menu.
If you are looking to take a less traditional approach to your catering, Pontlands Park can provide an elegant afternoon tea as an alternative for your wedding breakfast.
Accommodation
Pontlands Park offers reduced-rate accommodation packages for wedding guests. Block bookings are for seven rooms if your wedding is in the Conservatory, or thirteen rooms if you have hired the marquee. All prices are based on double occupancy and include a full English breakfast the next morning.
Hotel guests can also enjoy the neighbouring leisure centre facilities, which include indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and café.

Had a fantastic day here for my daughter's wedding. The marquee was beautiful, food excellent and thanks go to the staff and management for making the day extra special. Stayed the night in superior room which was huge and luxurious. Great breakfast and used the spa too with inside and outside pool. Would recommend this beautiful venue for a wedding or a weekend break.

We had a truly wonderful wedding at Pontlands Park, the whole experience from the hotel staff, ceremony room, wedding breakfast with the quality of the food was superb. My wife and I were so pleased that we chose Pontlands Park for our reception. The initial discussions with Colette Thompson, the function co-ordinator filled us with confidence as she was so helpful and her suggestions were invaluable. In the event we chose the Platinum option and were delighted with the excellent service, charming surroundings and wonderful food. Maybe fortuitous but in our discussions my wife to be asked if the Christmas decorations could remain until after the big day and lo and behold they began to be removed as we were enjoying our superb breakfast the following day. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pontlands Park to anyone.
