The Nave

The Nave is where you'll have your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception.

Step into the room and be wowed by the sheer magnitude of the space, the intricate detailing, the dramatic 8-metre-high ceiling, art work and hanging chandeliers. The high windows bathe the space in ethereal light, illuminating you and your love on your special day.

Although a historic building, they are not short of all the mod cons. Use their high tec lighting system and pick a colour to suit your wedding theme. The team will be on hand to advise and guide you.

Drinks reception

Enjoy a canape and drinks reception in either the manicured garden or vaulted bar and event area. Either way, your guests will enjoy mingling, chatting and sipping on an array of beverages.

Capacities

St John's is available for exclusive hire for up to 270 seated guests and 500 standing guests.

Bovingdons Catering works exclusively with St John's Waterloo and delivers exceptional events time and time again. Their creative and bespoke approach to wedding catering ensures each and every menu is curated to perfection. Ingredients are sourced locally to ensure the very best produce and placing a firm ethos on being ethical and environmentally friendly. Your wedding menu will be fresh, in season and responsibly produced. This unique value system has won them the 'Lloyds Bank Employer of the Year Award' and 'Best Venue Caterer in London'.

Bovingdons Catering started in 1987 and has been providing top notch cuisine to some of London's finest venues ever since.

Not only does Bovingdons excel in cuisine, they also provide a professional event planning service, with detailed knowledge of the event spaces and plenty of recommendations for local suppliers.
