Boy oh boy, you're in for a treat. The Oyster & Fish House is owned by celebrated chef and restaurateur, Mark Hix. So, who is Mark Hix? Let's start by saying that in 2017, Mark was awarded an MBE for his services to the hospitality industry; that's seriously impressive! Mark has been cast as one of Britain's most eminent restaurateurs due to his extraordinary culinary knowledge. Using that knowledge, he has created 12 cookbooks, making him an award-winning author. Previous to creating his own culinary brand, Mark was the food writer for The Independent for a lengthy 14 years. Now, he is a regular in the Telegraph spreading his love for all things food and ingredients to the masses.
Your wedding food will be nothing short of spectacular, a taste sensation and a focal point of your wedding day. The seafood is caught of the South West coast and is delivered fresh to The Oyster & Fish House where head chef, Jeremy Bird works his magic and creates an array of tantalising treats for his lucky guests.
For your wedding day the team will work directly with the local fishermen to guarantee the finest seafood delivery. A bespoke menu will be devised, to simply blow the socks off you and your guests. As well as fresh seafood, there are plenty of other options, including local seasonal produce. One of the most popular wedding feasts is surf and turf.
