Copthorne Hotel was built on the outskirts of Cardiff in 1993 and is just a short, twenty minute drive from the city centre. It offers facilities including a gym, sauna and swimming pool, as well as 135 rooms and an on-site restaurant.

Caerdydd Suite

This room is licenced for your civil ceremony, so you can have your whole wedding at one venue. The room is decorated with muted colours so you can personalise with a red carpet running down the middle and a starlit backdrop.

The hotel's restaurant can be hired out for your wedding breakfast. A wall of windows lets in plenty of natural light.

Castell Suite

The Castell Suite has a private lobby and bar and offers plenty of space for guests to eat, drink, be merry, and welcome you to married life. The blank canvas allows for the room to be decorated to suit your wedding theme.

In-house caterers can prepare everything from canapés to wedding breakfast through to an evening buffet. Select one dish in each course from your package for every guest, or have your guests pre-order their selection before the day. Accommodation

The hotel has 135 bedrooms, some with views of the grounds and private lake. When you book your wedding, ten rooms will be reserved specifically for your friends and family so they don't need to worry about finding accommodation elsewhere. These also come at a reduced rate.
