  Not being one to ever write a review about anything, simply due to not having time or not receiving anything "review" worthy. I felt compelled to write this instantly. We experienced our wedding at Highgate this weekend, and both myself, our families and our guests commented on how beautiful this venue was.
  
  Venue was simply perfect, but nothing compared to the staff. The service we received from everyone was simply amazing. Food, staff, effort and attitude.....absolutely fantastic! Siobhan the wedding planner and her team, quite simply were great! I cannot stress enough at how faultless they have been. So thank you. Anyone looking for a wedding venue, this place is a diamond!

  Thank you so much for all your help with Sharon and I's wedding. The whole day and evening were perfect, and will live in our memories for a long time. The venue at Highgate House is beautiful, but actually it's the people that make that special day, special.
  
  Of course such a brilliant day didn't happen by accident, and the time and attention to detail we received from you, from day one was first class, and gave us confidence we were in safe hands. I always thought Sharon was super organised, but I think she found a kindred spirit in you! We have had numerous compliments, and a number have said it's the best wedding they've been too. Many also said how good the food was, so compliments to the chef and kitchen staff, often the unsung heroes!

  Highgate House provided the perfect setting for our wedding. The staff listened to our requests and were happy to help us in every way to achieved the wedding we had hoped for. The food was delicious and the service on the day was second to none. We used the Coote Room for 105 guests during the afternoon and the smaller evening reception for 35 guests in the Baronial Hall. Both rooms were perfect for the occasion and made a wonderful contrast for the different stages of the day. The Bridal Suite was a fabulous treat at the end of a truly wonderful day.

  Not only did the venue look stunning but it also had a laid back feel to it. Thanks to the professionalism and pride that all the staff took on our special day, everything went like clockwork. Jo Kelly, our wedding coordinator, did a fantastic job and we were absolutely thrilled with the staff on the day. The food was exceptional by any standards, even the cooked breakfast the morning after! There were lawn games to keep the children occupied. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Highgate and if we could do it all again then we would pick Highgate House every time!

  Thank you so much for all your help, advice and patience on the run up to, and on our wedding day. We had an amazing day, everything was fabulous and all the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Each and every one of our guests had a fantastic time and have been raving about the quality of the food and service ever since. We will not hesitate in recommending the venue and staff to everyone who will listen. A special thank you to the chef as not only was all the food beautiful and tasted great, but my mother was looked after amazingly and had nothing but praise for the gluten free options and care taken.

Our wedding was perfect; roaring fires in the beautiful Baronial Hall, delicious food, candlelight, friendly staff, great accommodation (including an amazing bridal suite) - it all made for a wonderful day.   Our day was perfect from start to finish and that is thanks to not only Jo for the planning, but also to the team on the day. The day ran smoothly and to time.
