History
In 1961 the house was purchased by Michael Webb and gradually developed into a hotel; compete with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants and a spa. Now the hotel is family run ensuring a personal experience is offered to every bride and groom. The family pride themselves on offering a flexible service and can cater for smaller intimate affairs or larger celebrations.

The Charter Suite
The Charter Suite provides an elegant and contemporary space to celebrate your wedding. This self-contained ground floor room has its own entrance directly from the carpark, ensuring total privacy. There is also a private bar and surrounding conservatory. Views from the suite stretch across the historic sunken garden and ancient trees.
The suite has a neutral colour scheme with chandeliers and luxurious furnishings. There's the perfect spot for a harpist, pianist of string quartet along with enough to room to accommodate all your guests comfortably.

The Oak Room Restaurant
The restaurant has scenic views stretching across the surrounding golf club, the perfect backdrop for your wedding reception.

Outdoor Ceremonies
Within the beautiful grounds you will find the historic sunken garden, which resides under a classical stone archway. In the summer the surrounding garden is bursting with verbena and roses. The area is shaded by trees making it private, hidden and magical, perfect for your wedding ceremony.
